Walter and Osorio's painting did a good job of giving an accurate estimate, showing up on time until the job was done and making sure to address all touch ups. Not only did he quote me the lowest, fairest price of the 5 companies I received bids from, but he delivered on every single detail we outlined in the contract, from refinishing our front door to using some of the highest quality paint products available (Sherwin Williams Emerald). I was impressed by how thorough and thoughtful their preparations were, from recaulking and repairing windows/siding to removing and replacing downspouts and yard decorations that I forgot to move myself, and covering outdoor speakers and security cameras. They were very courteous, friendly, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. To say that they are very hard workers who take great pride in the quality of their work is an understatement. I am recommending them to everyone I know who is in need of professional painting services, and I am definitely going to be calling Mario again when its time to paint the interior of my house.
